Let us custom make your HOLIDAY and SPECIAL EVENT table linens! Whether you are an individual and only need one piece or represent a large club, we can take care of you. Custom sizing to your specifications. Pricing ranges from $19.95 for a set of 4 napkins (3 set minimum at this price) to about $195 for a very large tablecloth, depending on how much fabric is required. Discounts for multiple orders. We make tablecloths, napkins, runners, table skirts or anything else you might have in mind ... just ask ... you will receive a prompt reply! Yarn dyed polyester poplin fabric: It is richly colored and reverses to the same pattern on the back as you see on the front. Substantial 8 oz weight launders beautifully for easy care. Edges are surged, not hemmed. Photos here show only a few of our most popular patterns .... there are many additional plaids listed in our shop, any of which can be used to make tablecloths, napkins, runners, and other table linens. We also carry stain and water resistant solid color fabrics, specially made for table linens ... fine dining QUALITY.

Turnaround time is approximately 2 weeks, but we can get it to you faster if you choose expedited shipping.

Payment accepted via Paypal and personal checks. Credit cards (Mastercard, Visa, American Express) accepted via Paypal Guest. Use the Paypal check-out and follow Guest directions.

Shipping from United States

Worldwide shipping offered via the USPS. Domestic shipping via either UPS Ground, FedEx or USPS, depending on weight and destination. Residents of Hawaii, Alaska, US territories, APO addresses and international customers should contact us for a shipping quote.

International packages weighing 4 lbs and less are shipped using USPS First Class Mail International. International packages weighing more than 4 lbs are shipped using USPS Priority Mail International or FedEx depending on weight and destination. For larger international packages, we may use the services of 'Shipito', If your package is shipped via First Class Mail International, we do not have any way to track it nor is it insured for loss/damage once it leaves the USA. Select the Priority Mail International shipping option if you want to be able to track it and insure it.

Many countries charge import taxes for items coming into the country. These fees are the sole responsibility of the customer and Libby's fabric has no control over them.

Returns & Exchanges

The following items can't be returned or exchanged

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
  • Items on sale

Returns and exchange details

Custom orders for finished products such as table linens cannot be cancelled once we start on your order, which may happen within only a few hours of receiving your order. All other Returns accepted within 7 days of receipt. No refunds for shipping unless item is not as described. You are encouraged to request a fabric sample should you have any concerns regarding fabric color, weight, texture, etc.: Remember ... computer monitors can vary in their depiction of fabric color. 20% re-stocking fee applies on all returned items.

A WORD REGARDING SHIPPING COSTS

Fabric orders are custom cut by our shipping department. Therefore a small portion of shipping charges goes toward paying their wages. Also, fabric orders that ship on a roll are usually too long to travel on FedEx or USPS conveyor belts. Therefore they must move through the shipping facilities BY HAND which incurs an additional (and fairly substantial) handling fee from the courier.
